Triangle Land Conservancy and Hike It Baby are offering a free Mother’s Day hike on Sunday, May 8th, 2016, from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., at Johnston Mill Nature Preserve, 6012 Turkey Farm Road, Chapel Hill

Mother’s Day is almost here and what better way to celebrate than by making memories with your little ones while bonding with Mother Earth? TLC is teaming up with Hike It Baby in order to give parents and kids a chance to get outside and enjoy this special day together! Hike it Baby is a national parents group dedicated to getting families together and out into nature with newborns, toddlers, and young children.
This hike at Johnston Mill will start at 3 PM at the Turkey Farm Rd. entrance and follow Robin’s Trail and Beech Loop, a distance of just under 2 miles, perfect for little ones being carried and those able to walk on their own (suggested for ages 0-5 years). So come hike off that brunch and join us at the beautiful Johnston Mill Nature Preserve for Mother’s Day!
