Moradokmai Theatre Community Thailand is presenting a free workshop and performance at Fedex Global Education Auditorium, 201 Pittsboro Street, at UNC Chapel Hill.
The workshop is Monday, April 1st, 2019, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The performance is Tuesday, April 2nd, 2019, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Lonely Tossakan:
This is the story of Tossakan, the king of the Giants, and three women: Sammanakka, the sister of Tossakan; Sida, the wife of Rama; and Monto, Tossakan’s wife.
They were connected, until a war began between the giants and humans.
This performance, based on the Ramayana, depicts how the war began and how Tossakan lost his clan.
