United Way of Greater TriangleĀ is celebrating MLK Day in 2022 with a day of service. They are giving the community an opportunity to support organizations focused on maternal health — Diaper Bank of NC, Equity Before Birth, and MAAME, Inc.
The MLK Day activities and events include a supply drive, volunteer opportunities, and virtual events.

MLK Day of Service Maternal Health Awareness
United Way of the Greater Triangle is presenting the Maternal Health Awareness Challenge, which will start January 17th, 2022. The goal is to educate and empower people about how to dismantle systemic barriers within the healthcare system. The self-paced activities will include reading articles, listening to podcasts and watching videos.
The challenge will end with a virtual panel conversation on January 21st, 2022, called Maternal Health Unwrapped.
