Free Community Longsword Class

2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Age 14+
Fascinated with swords? Want to learn to wield one of the most iconic weapons in history? Come and experience the thrill of learning to wield the two-handed medieval longsword!
Longsword is gaining national popularity as part of the HEMA (Historical European Martial Arts) movement which reconstructs Western Martial arts using traditional weapons.
Rising High School Freshmen and up please. Please wear toe-covered shoes and pants that will not split when you lunge.
Free Community Olympic Fencing Class
Saturday, April 27th, 2019
2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Age 7+
Join one of our talented coaches for a one hour introduction to the fast paced and exciting sport of Olympic Fencing! Please wear toe-covered shoes and pants that will not split when you lunge. (This is a great way to try a class out before registering for a class or summer camp.) Appropriate for families and kids ages 7 and up.
