GoRaleigh, the City of Raleigh’s transit service, presents GoRaleigh Goes Bluegrass as part of this week’s International Bluegrass Music Association’s World of Bluegrass schedule of events. On Wednesday and Thursday, local bluegrass artists will perform at various transit hubs throughout the city.
The goal of GoRaleigh Goes Bluegrass is to provide a diverse group of transit riders and public audiences the chance to hear bluegrass music before the weekend’s big events and motivate them to attend the festival and other bluegrass events. Performance locations include North Hills, Triangle Town Center, the North Carolina State University campus and GoRaleigh Station’s Martin Street/Moore Square Park location.
