GSK, a science-led global healthcare company, is offering FREE science programs to kids in the summer. They offer the programs to students in the Triangle through a partnership with Morehead Planetarium and Science Center.
There are both in-person programs, and virtual programs. They are both free, but registration fills up very quickly for some programs, and parents of past participants recommend keeping track of when registration open and signing up immediately.
The theme for 2022 is “Be a Biologist.”
In-person classes are held in several counties in the Triangle. The registration date varies for each county. See the counties and the registration dates here.
