West End Wine Bar, 450 W Franklin Street in Chapel Hill, is presenting free film screenings every Wednesday, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. this summer. They’ll be showing independent short films with the goal of connecting the public with local artists. The series will run from June 1st through August 31st.
