Theta Lambda Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. is presenting a free self-defense seminar for women at Fred G. Bond Metro Park, 801 High House Road, Cary.
It takes place Saturday, September 9th, 2017, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
At Girl Power, women will learn self-defense tips, strategies, and actions.
This session will be lead by Tiffany Cohn, Community Outreach & Engagement Program State Coordinator with the NC State Bureau of Investigation.
