Enjoy a free concert by Melodime at Cary Downtown Park, 319 South Academy Street, Cary, on Saturday, September 23rd, 2017, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Melodime brings their unique blend of rock and roll with a country twang to Downtown Park. They successfully blend stunning piano melodies with guitar riffs and sing-along choruses. Morfa Empanadas and Flattz Signature Flat Breads will be on site serving their specialties and Bond Brothers and Bull City Ciderworks will be pouring some of the best beers and ciders in the Triangle.
South Academy Street will be closed between Dry Avenue and Charlie Gaddy Lane from 5-10:30 p.m.
Parking is available in downtown Cary on the street and in the parking lot at Cary Elementary School as well as the public library. Accessible parking is available at the Cary Arts Center, 101 Dry Ave. In support of the event, South Academy Street will be closed between Dry Avenue and Charlie Gaddy Lane from 5-10:30 p.m. Those looking for alternative routes may use South Harrison Avenue or South Walker Street.
Pets on a leash are allowed. A limited number of chairs will be provided, but citizens are encouraged to bring their own if they want to be sure to have a seat.
