Cary’s 5th Annual Jewish Cultural Festival, on Sunday, March 20th, 2016, will spotlight the Jewish festival of Purim this year. It will be held at Cary Senior Center (120 Maury O’Dell Place in Bond Park, Cary, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. It’s for all ages and is free to attend. Please bring a donation of a non-perishable food item for the Jewish Family Services Food Pantry in conjunction with the Interfaith Food Shuttle.
Music will be provided by the Magnolia Klezmer Band at 2:15 p.m. Also enjoy Purim foods, a carnival, crafts, Kosher food by Knish-a-licious, a costume contest and parade for kids, and thoughtful discourse and learning for the adults.
