The inaugural Franklin Street Comedy Festival, which takes place at The PIT Chapel Hill, 462 West Franklin Street, Chapel Hill, November 20th to 25th, 2019, features standup, improv, sketch and storytelling.
In all, 3 sketch groups, 25 improv groups and 50+ comedians will be performing.
Shows start each night around 6 p.m. and will continue through the night,.
The headliner is Judah Friedlander, from 30 Rock.
Most of the shows take place at The Pit Chapel Hill, 462 W. Franklin Street, Chapel Hill, but a couple are Local 506, 506 W Franklin Street, Chapel Hill.
You can purchase tickets for the individual shows, or you can get a festival pass for $50, which includes admission to all shows except three:
- Danny Canoe
- Transactors
- Judah Friedlander
Tickets to most of the shows, individually, cost $10. The Danny Canoe show is $13, Transactors is $15, and Judah Friendlander’s show is $20.
