
Head to Wake Forest for Forest Fest on Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This free family event in Downtown Wake Forest focuses on celebrating the heart and history of Wake Forest. The event will feature entertainment, the Wake Forest Farmers Market, a tree seedling giveaway, educational opportunities, children’s activities, vendors, food options and much more!

- Arbor Day Tree Seedling Giveaway – Town staff and volunteers will distribute 2,700 oak, river birch, and redbud seedlings – while they last.
- Free Paper Shredding & Electronics Recycling Event – The Town of Wake Forest will host a Paper Shredding & Electronics Recycling Event on Saturday, April 26, from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. in the parking lot of the Northern Wake Senior Center, 235 E. Holding Ave.
