Earth Day Celebration at Blackwood Farm Park in Chapel Hill on Apr. 22

Orange County Department of Environment, Agriculture, Parks & Recreation is hosting an Earth Day Celebration on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., at Blackwood Farm Park, 4215 NC-86, Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

This is a free event.

Enjoy environmental and family-friendly hands-on activities, hikes, and local vendors—all designed to educate, inspire, and entertain in the spirit of Earth Day.

A Rain Barrel Workshop begins at 5:30 p.m. and includes a raffle for a free rain barrel.
