DisABLE the Label is a free community event at Northgate Mall, 1058 Club Boulevard, Durham, presented by Durham Parks and Recreation.
It will take place Saturday, October 14th, 2017, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Northgate’s Center Court.
The free family-friendly event is held to honor all residents and all ability levels in celebration of National Disability Employment Awareness Month and will include a host of activities, games, information sharing and more. Attendees can also learn about the variety of special programs designed to meet the specific needs and interest of persons with disabilities.
There will also be special performances by Khori Bledsoe, Signsations, Calvary Ministries Mime Team, and the Silver Dancers and others.

11:15 – 11:35 a.m.: Calvary’s Anointed Mime and “Vessels of Praise Liturgical Dance” Ministry
11:55– 12:15 p.m.: Khori Bledsoe
12:30 – 12:50 p.m.: Silver Dancers
