Update your spring and summer wardrobe while clearing out your closets of unwanted items at the Community Clothing Swap on Saturday, March 21st, 2020, fro 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at College of Textiles, on NC State’s Centennial Campus, 1020 Main Campus Drive, Raleigh.
It’s free to participate. Drop off items at the same location, on these dates and times:
- Friday, March 20th, 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Saturday, March 21st: 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
This clothing swap is for women’s clothing only, as well as women’s accessories and shoes.
You can bring home the same number of items that you dropped off.
There will be changing rooms so that you can try items on.
Certain items will not be accepted:
- Old, very worn items
- Soiled or Stained items
- Smokey or odored items
- Kids clothing
- Men’s clothing
Vendors will also be onsite selling locally sourced goods, so you can accessorize your new outfits. Make sure to bring your own shopping bags.
Parking on Centennial Campus is free on the weekends. Oval West Deck is the closest parking garage to the event. There’s also street parking.
All remaining items after the swap will be donated or recycled.
