Book Harvest is presenting the Dream Big MLK Day Book Drive Celebration on Sunday, January 12, 2025, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., at Golden Belt Campus, 800 Taylor Street, Durham, North Carolina.
Book Harvest provides books to children who need them and engages families and communities to promote children’s lifelong literacy and academic success.
Drop off your books and then join the celebration, which includes:
- Free hot chocolate and popcorn, from B3 Coffee and Mad Popper (while supplies last)
- Free children’s books to take home!
- Indoors and outdoors (so it’s rain or shine)
- Paperhand Puppet Intervention, with their giant puppets!
- Much more — many family activities

Free parking is located throughout Golden Belt Campus. Enter off of Taylor Street or E Main Street/Morning Glory/Belt and follow directional signs.
