Try your hand (actually your feet) at grape stomping at Adams Vineyards’ 10th Annual Grape Stomp Festival on Saturday, September 16th, 2017, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. It’s free to attend and is a kid-friendly event.
Adams Vineyards is at 3390 John Adams Rd., Willow Spring. Willow Spring is in southeastern Wake County, near Fuquay-Varina.
The festival will include:
- Stomping competitions
- An “I Love Lucy” look-alike contest
- Music
- Wine and juice tastings
- Pick-your-own grapes in the vineyard
- Fresh ice cream made right in front of you from Sub Zero
How the Stomp Competitions will work:
Competitions will be held at 1:00, 1:30, 2:00 and 2:30 pm with the Champion Stomp-off at 3:00 pm.
Contestants are chosen by raffle – purchase tickets for your chance to stomp. Raffle ticket prices are as follows: 1 ticket = $2, 3 tickets = $5 or 6 tickets = $10
Competitions are for adults only, kids will have their own area to stomp and have fun.
