Play music with Northgate Jams every Wednesday

Northgate Jams is an acoustic jam session that takes place every Wednesday, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Northgate Mall, 1058 West Club Boulevard in Durham. It’s free and everyone is invited.

The jam session takes place in space 134, across from Ashley Stewart. It’s in the space that used to be Chick-fil-A, now referred to by the group as Pick-fil-A. Here’s a directory of the mall.

We’ve been called “Pick-fil-A” by some of our frequent attendees. People don’t have to play an instrument to come and just enjoy the music. We don’t concentrate on any particular type of music so it’s likely we might do something you might know or like. We’ll even take requests.

Some of also play at the Durham Roots Farmers Market at Northgate Mall on alternate Saturday mornings.
