The Wizard of Oz is returning to the big screen for its 85th anniversary — for 3 days only! The special screenings are part of Fathom Events’ Big Screen Classics.
The film will be screened in select theaters January 28, 29, and 31, 2024.
The 1939 film, starring Judy Garland, won six Academy Award nominations and became an instant classic and long-time family favorite.
The movie is an adaptation of L. Frank Baum’s 1900 children’s book, “The Wonderful Wizard of Oz,” which is just one book in a series.
